These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClassTools24, including classtools24.com and the tools, pages, accounts, and content made available on it (together, the "Service"). By visiting the Service, creating an account, or using any tool on ClassTools24, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Who Can Use ClassTools24
ClassTools24 is built for teachers, students, parents, and school staff, and is intended for users aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, you should use the Service with the awareness and, where appropriate, the involvement of a parent, guardian, or teacher. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
Accounts
Some parts of ClassTools24, including saved tool history and certain classroom features, require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when registering, for keeping your login details confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We may suspend or close an account that provides false information, is used to violate these Terms, or is inactive for an extended period.
Using the ClassTools24 Tools
ClassTools24 provides free, browser-based tools for document conversion (such as Word, PDF, and ODT), image editing (resize, crop, compress, and convert), code formatting (minify and beautify CSS, JS, and HTML), and classroom management tasks like seating charts, timers, and random name or group selection. Tools are provided for lawful, personal, classroom, and educational use. We may add, change, limit, or remove individual tools at any time, including to fix a problem, manage server load, or retire a tool that is no longer maintained. We aim to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that every tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available.
Some tools apply fair-usage limits to keep the Service responsive for everyone, for example a daily cap on conversions or generations for a given account or IP address. These limits may vary by tool and may change as usage patterns change. Exceeding a fair-usage limit does not affect your account standing; the tool simply becomes available again once the limit resets.
Acceptable Use
When using ClassTools24, you agree not to:
- Upload or process content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or that you do not have the right to use;
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, fair-usage quotas, or security controls, or use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service;
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the underlying tools, API, or source code without written permission;
- Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or content intended to harm other users or students; or
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person, school, or organization.
We may suspend access for any user who violates this section, with or without notice, depending on the severity of the issue.
File Uploads, User Content, and Retention
Some ClassTools24 tools allow users to upload files, images, documents, audio, or other user-generated content so the selected tool can complete the requested action. Uploaded content is processed only for that tool action. ClassTools24 does not use uploaded files or user-generated content to train AI models.
User-generated files are automatically deleted within 2 hours of creation, except where a specific tool lets you choose a longer storage period at the time of use (for example, the Audio-to-QR Code Recorder, which allows up to 24 hours for visitors who are not signed in, or up to 7 days for signed-in accounts) -- in that case, the file is deleted automatically once your chosen period ends instead. Users should not upload sensitive student data, private identifiers, passwords, confidential classroom records, grades, school IDs, or any file they are not authorized to process. File handling may vary by tool depending on whether the action is completed in the browser or on the server.
You retain ownership of any content you upload. By uploading content, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us only the limited permission needed to run the requested tool action on that content.

All content and materials on ClassTools24, including text, graphics, tool interfaces, and site design, are protected by copyright © ClassTools24. All rights are reserved. The ClassTools24 name, logo, and any related marks are the property of ClassTools24 or the applicable third-party owner. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClassTools24 and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including lost coursework, lost files, or missed deadlines. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to be responsible for your own use of the Service and for any content you upload or submit. If your use of the Service violates these Terms or infringes the rights of a third party, you agree to be responsible for resulting claims to the extent required by applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service, or close your account, at any time.
