Privacy Policy for ClassTools24

This Privacy Policy explains how ClassTools24.com, an educational tools website powered by Zactonz Technologies, handles information when visitors use our website, create accounts, contact us, submit feedback, rate tools, or use file and text utilities.

This policy keeps the page clear about real site behavior. ClassTools24 may process limited information because contact forms, login pages, analytics, advertising, security checks, and some tool operations cannot work without it.

Why We Use This Information

We use information to provide requested tools, keep accounts secure, respond to contact messages, maintain website performance, prevent spam or abuse, improve educational content, support localization, and operate analytics and advertising.

We do not sell teacher, student, or classroom files. We do not ask users to upload private school records unless a tool task truly requires the user to process that file.

The lawful basis for processing depends on the activity. Account and tool functions are usually processed to provide the requested service. Security logs are processed because we have a legitimate interest in protecting the website and users. Contact messages are processed so we can respond. Analytics and advertising cookies may depend on consent or choices available through browser and cookie settings where required.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

ClassTools24 uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for necessary site functions, cookie notice preferences, rating prompts, analytics, security, and advertising. Google Analytics and Google AdSense may use cookies or similar identifiers.

Users can manage cookies through browser settings and, where available, consent controls. Blocking cookies may affect login, rating prompts, analytics choices, advertising behavior, or some user features.

Google Advertising Cookies and AdSense

ClassTools24 may display advertising served by Google AdSense or related Google advertising services. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user prior visits to ClassTools24.com or other websites.

Google use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads to users based on visits to ClassTools24.com and other sites on the Internet. These cookies may help with personalized ads, ad measurement, fraud prevention, frequency capping, and reporting.

Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Users can also visit AboutAds.info choices to learn about opting out from some third-party vendors.

Google explains how it uses information from sites and apps that use its services at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. Google advertising technology information is also available at Google Advertising Technologies.

At the time of this policy update, the advertising disclosure is written for Google AdSense and Google advertising partners. If ClassTools24 enables other third-party ad vendors or ad networks, this policy should be updated to name or link those vendors and explain their available opt-out choices.

Uploaded Files and Tool Content

Many tools work with user-provided text, images, documents, code, or generated files. The tool changes or processes the material only for the task requested by the user. The tool does not remove private information from a file unless that is the specific purpose of the tool.

If an uploaded image contains a student face, a document contains a name, or a screenshot includes login details, that private information may remain in the processed output. Users should inspect files before upload and again before sharing the final result.

Processed user files and generated outputs are automatically deleted within 2 hours of creation. This 2-hour deletion window applies to temporary files created by ClassTools24 file tools, converters, compressors, and similar utilities. Some tools instead let the user choose a longer storage period at the time of use (for example, the Audio-to-QR Code Recorder allows up to 24 hours for visitors who are not signed in, or up to 7 days for signed-in accounts); files created with those tools are deleted automatically once the chosen period ends rather than after 2 hours. Users should download needed results promptly and keep their own original copies.

Children, Students, and School Data

ClassTools24 is used by teachers and students, but it is not intended for children to submit personal information without appropriate permission from a parent, guardian, teacher, or school.

Students should not upload documents containing grades, addresses, medical details, login credentials, private classroom records, or other sensitive information unless an authorized adult has approved that use. Teachers should review files before using online tools with student data. For classroom demonstrations, use sample files instead of real student records.

Third-Party Processors and Services

We may use service providers and processors for hosting, database operation, email delivery, security, analytics, advertising, translation, file processing, and technical maintenance. These providers may process limited information only as needed for their service role.

Google services may be used for analytics and advertising. Users can review Google privacy and advertising information at Google Privacy Policy and Google Advertising Technologies.

International Transfers

ClassTools24 is available to users in different countries. Website infrastructure, analytics, advertising, email, and security services may process information in countries other than the user country. When information is transferred internationally, we rely on provider safeguards, contractual protections, security controls, and the operational need to provide the website.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, including the UK or EU, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent for certain processing. These rights are not absolute, and some requests may be limited by security, legal, technical, or service reasons.

To make a privacy request, contact us through the contact page or email [email protected]. Include enough detail to identify the request, but do not send passwords or sensitive documents by email. We may need to verify the request before acting.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the website and reduce misuse. No website can guarantee perfect security. Users should use strong passwords, avoid sharing login details, review files before uploading, and avoid placing private student data into tools unless necessary.
